S SANDEEP, PROMOTER & MANAGING PARTNER

S Sandeep, Promoter & Managing partner, has over two decades of exposure in the field of advising corporates and other business enterprises in the various areas of business which includes strategy, risk management, Legal, Secretarial, Company law, SEBI Regulations, restructuring of business, compliances, Corporate Social responsibility, FEMA, Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

He is a Founding Partner of Sangrah Corporate Advisory Services LLP which

He is a visiting faculty at Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Southern Region (ICSI-SIRC).

He is a Registered Valuer and he has been granted certificates of registration and practice by the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India (FCS) and holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Bachelors’ of law (LLB).

CS RAJIV BALAKRISHNAN

Rajiv is a Senior Advisor in S Sandeep and Associates, Company Secretaries.

Rajiv is also Founder Director of Beyond Compliance Corporate Services Private Ltd, a company based out of Bangalore which is specialised in providing value added services to Indian corporates in the area of corporate law compliances. Rajiv is an independent Board Evaluator and since 2018 have spearheaded numerous board evaluation exercises for boards of various listed & unlisted companies. Rajiv has also been imparting familiarisation programs to board members on various topics such as corporate laws, governance, risks and compliances including subjects of statutory importance that are relevant for today’s directors.

Rajiv has over two decades of corporate boardroom experience serving as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of renowned Indian-listed companies such as Spencers, Mahindra Holidays, VA Tech Wabag, Biocon etc. where he has successfully handled various key assignments and corporate actions including IPOs, M&As, ESOP Plans etc. During his corporate stint, he had vast experience in setting up & liquidating companies globally. He has incorporated entities in Bahrain, Malaysia, Oman, Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, UAE etc and has liquidated companies in Algeria, China, Hong Kong etc. During the year 2018 to 2022, Rajiv also gained extensive audit experience as a practising company secretary where he catered to the corporate secretarial needs of various listed and unlisted companies. Rajiv plays an advisory role in the firm especially on SEBI related and secretarial compliances for listed companies.

CS Sampath Kumar has been associated with SSA for more than 10 years.

He is a senior member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

CS Swetha Sandeep holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce and is an Associate Member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India (ACS).

Ms. Vidya is an Associate Member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India (ACS) and holds Master Degree in Commerce. She is a regular faculty at Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Southern Region (ICSI-SIRC).

PAWAN JHABAKH, ADVOCATE

Pawan Jhabakh practises commercial law. He passed out from Indian Law Society, Pune in the year 2010 & has been in practice since then.
He handles insolvency matters before the National Company Law Tribunal & commercial disputes in the nature of civil suits/ arbitration proceedings before the High Court.
